Team Spirit secured their first CS2 Major victory in Shanghai through exceptional teamwork and standout individual performances. Initially ranked outside the top 5 favorites, the team demonstrated remarkable resilience and skill throughout the tournament.

After a first-round loss to FURIA Esports, Team Spirit bounced back with commanding victories over Wildcard (13-6) and Natus Vincere (13-2), followed by a challenging but successful match against HEROIC.

In the playoffs, Spirit faced and defeated three top-10 teams:

Against Team Liquid:

• Danil "donk" Kryshkovets delivered an outstanding performance (47-25, 1.63 rating)
• Team Spirit won despite Liquid securing 9 rounds on Anubis and 11 on Dust II

Versus MOUZ:

• Dmitry "sh1ro" Sokolov led the charge with 54-31
• Spirit prevailed despite MOUZ claiming one map

Grand Final versus FaZe Clan:

• donk dominated with 69-44
• Boris "magixx" Vorobiev surprised with an impressive 69-39
• The rest of Team Spirit's roster showed exceptional tactical discipline despite lower kill counts

This victory marks Team Spirit's first CS Major championship, achieved through a combination of individual brilliance and strategic team play.
